Most Anticipated...

It is that time of the year again! The time to look back on what one has been doing all through the past one year, the time to anticipate what you will be hearing from the person who matters the most and how to counter his/ her arguements, the time to estimate what will be handed over to you in that sealed envelope that seals your fate for the next one year... It is the time of Annual Performance Appraisals at office! Time to look back on what I have done/ not done in the past one year and also to deliberate on how to convert every activity of mine into something positive- It is also the time to tell all team members how well they have been performing or otherwise and what to expect or not to expect out of the appraisal system this time! It definitely is not an easy job being either- the appraiser or the appraisee. However, the silver lining is the sealed envelope that one will get at the end of all this! The carrot that will be provided after being hit with the stick all along :-) A reason other than monsoons for me to look forward to July- whether it is going to be substantial rain or a minor drizzle for me- only time can tell!
